Mentees were provided with two interactive and guided workshops from industry experts. The first session from Lissa Appiah focused on a hands-on approach to the do's and don'ts of resume crafting, followed by a Q&A session for any remaining inquiries from mentees.

We were then joined by experts Marie Benigno Ablaza, SHRM-TA and Scarlet Dangerfield, PHR, who provided practical discussions on how to effectively be prepared for an interview, which can range from research on the position and company to the dreaded question: "Do you have any questions for me?" Additionally, mentees were guided on navigating the career search process, avoiding common mistakes and landing the job of their dreams.
